Meet Your Hosts

Shawn Dinneen: Shawn Dinneen (that’s me!) is the creator of HeartStrings Journals, a business born from her personal journey of healing after the loss of her fiancé, John in 2022. Through journaling, Shawn found comfort and a way to transform her pain into purpose. HeartStrings Journals now offers over 70 prompted and blank-lined journals, with something for everyone, making journaling approachable for all ages and stages of life. Shawn is passionate about helping others navigate their darkest moments by fostering connection, healing, and hope.

Kate Mollison: Kate Mollison is a certified grief coach and the CEO of On Tuesdays We Wear Black LLC, a consulting company, where she focuses on helping educate businesses on the connection between “grief” & “bereavement”. Using her own experiences as a widow, Kate adds a personal touch to an otherwise uncomfortable topic. Kate has several years experience as a clinical case manager and as a certified “Playmaker”, she uses a modality that helps people unlock joy and find peace & meaning again after loss.

Jan Jeremias: Jan Jeremias, a compassionate Health Coach and Bestselling Author of SpOIL Your Pet: A Practical Guide to Using Essential Oils in Dogs and Cats, shares a journey spanning three decades in health and wellness. Overcoming the trauma of a broken marriage, divorce, and personal health challenges, Jan developed an integrative approach rooted in nutrition, movement, yoga, essential oils, and meditation. Her mission is to empower individuals on their paths to vibrant health, extending her inclusive approach to pets.In her latest book contribution to Faces of Grief, Jan opens her heart to share her path through heartbreak, resilience, and rediscovering optimum health. She offers one-on-one health coaching, private and group yoga sessions, meditations, workshops, and retreats for individuals and corporations. With services available online and in person, Jan reaches people and their animal companions worldwide. She is not just a guide but a heartfelt companion, supporting holistic well-being for the body, mind, and spirit.
